ALUMNAE MENTORING PROGRAMME


As we prepare our students for the wider world we look to provide enrichment opportunities which will widen skills and extend knowledge. We are therefore delighted to offer a formal mentorship programme run in conjunction with our Alumnae community, the BGS Alumnae Mentoring Programme. The programme has been successful running since 2017 and we offer in the region of fifteen pairs of Mentees/Mentors each year.

Mentoring offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, both for the Mentees, and the Mentors. By establishing a mentoring scheme, we wish to give current students as Mentees, and past students as Mentors, the prospect of benefitting from this valuable development experience.
